 Our In-house computer system, “DELIVERANCE”, manages the inflow and outflow of all shipments through our Operations Centre. Customer service and operations staffs monitor and handle freight and customs clearance jobs efficiently, tracking them from point of collection to point of delivery. Information pertaining to shipment status is disseminated electronically from our in-house computer system to shippers, consignees and our overseas counterparts.

We are Cargo Sales Agents (CSA) for the following Airlines; EVA Airways Corporation, Cathay Pacific Airways, Korean Airlines, Turkish Airlines, Thai Airways, Indian Airlines, Air New Zealand, China Eastern Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Qantas Airways, China Airlines, Garuda Airways, Jetstar Airways, Valuair and Lufthansa Cargo. As our market segment expands, we are constantly developing new CSA appointments to increase our comparative advantage.

In line with the company’s mission and vision to strive for excellence in service standards, FAF-Flying Transportation achieved ISO standards and was awarded the ISO 9001 certification by Quality Management Systems (QMS) in June 2001. With measured performances, the company is tasked to provide the highest possible service level to all our clients and partners, and at the same time, elevating the company to being a credible Total Logistics service provider in this region.
We are accredited members to the “International Air Transport Association” (IATA), and the “Singapore Air Cargo Association” (SAAA), and affiliated to the “Global Perishables Logistics Group” (GPLG) and “Global Freight Partners” (GFP).
We are honored to be representing Singapore for the worldwide GPLG membership. Having been recommended and endorsed by the “Australian Perishable Produce Council”, whose members we have had the opportunity to work with on many occasions through our Cool Chain logistics program.
